In diesem Monat April 2018 hatten wir, w\u00e4hrend unserer Radtour durch die Weinberge des Bordelais mit unserer Gruppe Brasilianer, die Gelegenheit die Cit\u00e9 du Vin in Bordeaux zu entdecken.<\/p>\n

Das Bordelais ist eine Gegend, welche sich das ganze Jahr zum Radfahren anbietet. Selbst wenn die Triebe sich noch nicht in \u00fcppigem Gr\u00fcn zeigen, so erkennt man doch schon die Ans\u00e4tze der Knospen an den Rebst\u00f6cken. Die reguliere Arbeit der Weinbauer \u00fcber die Wintermonate wie der richtige Schnitt, Befestigung der jungen Triebe und entfernen der alten Ausw\u00fcchse ist beendet und die neue Saison kann beginnen. Ein guter Wein entsteht nicht nur in den Weinf\u00e4ssern und Edelstahltanks, sondern auch im Weinberg selbst.<\/p>\n

Das Weinanbaugebiet von Bordeaux z\u00e4hlt 60 kontrollierte Ursprungsbezeichnungen auf 119.000 ha und produziert prinzipiell Rotweine (90 %). Es verteilt sich auf 5 verschiedene Gebiete, so beidseitig dem Fluss
\nGaronne und dem Fluss Dordogne, mit den Bezeichnungen: Medoc, Graves, Entre Deux mers, Rive Droite und Sauternais.<\/p>\n

Jede dieser Gebiete verdient w\u00e4hrend einem ganzen Tag besucht zu werden und warum nicht, eine Weinprobe, um die Vielfalt der Weine zu erkennen. Aber aufgepasst, in den gro\u00dfen Weing\u00fctern ist eine Weinprobe nur gef\u00fchrt und nach vorhergehender Anmeldung m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n

W\u00e4hrend unserer Fr\u00fchjahrsradtour hatten wir das Vergn\u00fcgen die ber\u00fchmten Weine im Weingut Ch\u00e2teau Giscours<\/strong> (Grand Cru Class\u00e9 \u2013 Margaux), Ch\u00e2teau la Dominique<\/strong> und Ch\u00e2teau Soutard<\/strong> (Grands Crus Class\u00e9s de St Emilion) und Ch\u00e2teau d\u2019Yquem<\/strong> (Sauternes) zu probieren. A apropos dem letzten Schloss, auch wenn Sie nicht an einer Besichtigung und Weinprobe interessiert sind k\u00f6nnen Sie von dem herrlichen Park profitieren. Parken Sie Ihr Fahrrad oder Auto und treten Sie ein, hundert Jahre alte Baumbest\u00e4nde, die Weinberge und der herrlich angelegte Garten empfangen Sie.<\/p>\n

Unser Abenteuer im Bordelais endete mit der Besichtigung der Stadt Bordeaux, faszinierend mit ihrer Spiegelfl\u00e4che vor dem B\u00f6rsenplatz und den Fassaden aus dem 18.J., teilweise hervorragend restauriert.\u00a0 Ganz neu in der Stadt: La Cit\u00e9 du Vin, eingeweiht Ende 2016.<\/p>\n

Sollten Sie nach Bordeaux reisen ist diese Adresse unbedingt empfehlenswert. Sie erstreckt sich \u00fcber eine Fl\u00e4che von 13.350 m\u00b2 und verteilt sich auf 10 Etagen.<\/p>\n

Das \u201eklassische\u201c Eintrittsticket (20 \u20ac pro Person) gibt Ihnen den Zugang zur 2. und 10. Etage (Belvedere) und eine Weinprobe. St\u00e4ndig wechselnde Ausstellungen sind \u00fcber einem kleinen Aufpreis ebenfalls zug\u00e4nglich.<\/p>\n

Rechnen Sie mit mindesten 3 Stunden f\u00fcr die Besichtigung und kommen Sie vorzugsweise gleich am Morgen, damit Sie noch in Ruhe und ohne zu viele Besucher besichtigen k\u00f6nnen. Es ist eine wahre Reise der Sinne, informativ und instruktiv. Sie erleben und entdecken den Wein mit seiner Rolle in der Geschichte, bei den V\u00f6lkern, seine Entstehung und Entwicklung, die Geschichte Bordeaux und seine Weine, die Weine der Welt. Es gibt sogar einen Parcours f\u00fcr Kinder \u2013 nat\u00fcrlich ohne Weinprobe.<\/p>\n

Ein Buffet f\u00fcr die 5 Sinne l\u00e4sst sie ein akustisches Experiment erleben. Es appeliert an ihr Ged\u00e4chtnis, Ihre Emotionen und Fantasie.<\/p>\n

Sie k\u00f6nnen versichert sein, es kein Moment der Langeweile entstehen!<\/p>\n

Am Schluss steigen Sie hinauf ins Belvedere auf der 10. Etage und genie\u00dfen den Anblick der Stadt Bordeaux, entspannt und mit einem Glas Bordaux in der Hand.<\/p>\n

Sie verlassen diesen Ort bereichert um einige neue Erkenntnisse \u00fcber den Wein und mit dem Verlangen, weitere Weinanbaugebiete in Frankreich kennen zu lernen.<\/p>\n

Sollten Sie einen kleinen Hunger versp\u00fcren, dann \u00fcberqueren Sie die Strasse und treten Sie ein in Les Halles du Bacalan: hier k\u00f6nnen Sie alle regionalen Produkte kaufen oder vor Ort probieren. Wie w\u00e4re es mit einem H\u00fchnchen von der Ferme de Marauli oder ein Lachstartare beim Fischh\u00e4ndler Requins Marteaux, begleitet mit einem Glas \u201eEntre deux mers\u201c.<\/p>\n
