Aber dennoch, wer nicht wagt, der nicht gewinnt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Durch die politische Lage zun\u00e4chst etwas skeptisch, kommen wir voller Erwartungen in Teheran an. Die vielen Teeh\u00e4user, Moscheen und die im Hintergrund aufblitzenden Berge ziehen am Fenster vorbei und schon wird mir klar, dass dies sicher eine sehr spannende und aufregende Reise wird.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Gleich zu Beginn zeigt sich die Hauptstadt Teheran von ihrer sch\u00f6nsten Seite: Pal\u00e4ste, arch\u00e4ologische Pl\u00e4tze und der wuselige Bazar lassen die reiche und spannende Geschichte des Landes schon erahnen.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Nachdem wir die Stadt zu Fu\u00df erkundet haben, kann ich es kaum erwarten, endlich aufs Rad zu steigen und das Elburs-Gebirge im Hinterland Teherans zu erkunden. Unser deutschsprachiger Guide Ali, der Busfahrer und Sohil, der Radguide, bilden ein spitzen Team und so mangelt es nie an herrlichen Routen oder spannenden Geschichten. Dank Ali handelt es sich quasi um eine Studienreise, da er mit seinem fundierten Fachwissen jede noch so ausgefallene Frage style=\"font-weight: 400\">Die Gastfreundschaft der Einheimischen war eines der ber\u00fchrendsten und faszinierenden Erlebnisse dieser Reise. Den Menschen f\u00e4llt es leicht, mit uns in Kontakt zu treten. Sie bieten uns auf der Stra\u00dfe Mahlzeiten an und holen kurzerhand ihre Musikinstrumente hervor, um uns die persische Kultur n\u00e4her zu bringen. Nicht selten halten Unbekannte am Stra\u00dfenrand, begr\u00fc\u00dfen uns in ihrem Land und hei\u00dfen uns herzlich willkommen. Selbst Kleinkinder scheinen so fasziniert zu sein, dass sie mit Hilfe ihrer Eltern mit uns in Kontakt treten. Teenager, die gerade auf dem Heimweg sind, fragen respektvoll, ob sie ein Foto mit uns machen k\u00f6nnen und freuen sich, dass sie ihr Englisch praktizieren k\u00f6nnen. Das Radfahren erleichtert den Kontakt abermals. Schon in den ersten Tagen wird mir klar, dass Medienberichterstattung und Realit\u00e4t weit voneinander entfernt liegen und ich sehe die steifen Stereotypen in meinem Kopf langsam
