Ce mois d\u2019avril 2018 a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019occasion de cheminer \u00e0 v\u00e9lo au c\u0153ur du vignoble bordelais et de d\u00e9couvrir une \u0153uvre toute r\u00e9cente, la Cit\u00e9 du Vin \u00e0 Bordeaux.<\/p>\n

La r\u00e9gion bordelaise est belle en toute saison et la parcourir \u00e0 v\u00e9lo vous permet de fl\u00e2ner loin des bruits de la ville. M\u00eame si les plants de vigne ne se sont pas encore par\u00e9s de leurs plus beaux atours, on distingue d\u00e9j\u00e0 les bourgeons\u00a0; le travail assidu des vignerons pendant l\u2019hiver pour une taille parfaite est maintenant achev\u00e9\u00a0; ils ont v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 chaque pied de vigne et les ont fix\u00e9s aux fils de fer\u00a0; les pieds morts ont \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9s, la vigne est pr\u00eate pour une nouvelle saison. Un bon vin ne se fait pas seulement dans les cuves, il se pr\u00e9pare d\u00e9j\u00e0 dans la vigne\u00a0!<\/p>\n

Le vignoble de Bordeaux compte 60 appellations sur 119.000 ha de vignes produisant majoritairement des vins rouges (90%). Il est divis\u00e9 en 5 sous-r\u00e9gions bien distinctes de part et d\u2019autre de la Garonne et de la Dordogne, avec des terroirs diff\u00e9rents\u00a0: M\u00e9doc<\/strong>, Graves<\/strong>, Entre Deux mers<\/strong>, Rive Droite<\/strong> et Sauternais<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Chaque sous-r\u00e9gion m\u00e9rite bien au moins une journ\u00e9e de d\u00e9couverte, et pourquoi pas une d\u00e9gustation d\u2019un des vins qui la caract\u00e9risent\u00a0? Mais attention, pour avoir la possibilit\u00e9 de participer \u00e0 une visite guid\u00e9e et une d\u00e9gustation dans un grand ch\u00e2teau, il vous faudra r\u00e9server \u00e0 l\u2019avance.<\/p>\n

Au cours de notre p\u00e9riple printanier, nous avons eu le plaisir de d\u00e9couvrir les prestigieux vins de Ch\u00e2teau Giscours<\/strong> (Grand Cru Class\u00e9 \u2013 Margaux), Ch\u00e2teau la Dominique<\/strong> et Ch\u00e2teau Soutard<\/strong> (Grands Crus Class\u00e9s de St Emilion) et Ch\u00e2teau d\u2019Yquem<\/strong> (Sauternes). A propos de ce dernier, m\u00eame si vous ne souhaitez pas pas participer \u00e0 une visite, vous pouvez acc\u00e9der librement au parc du ch\u00e2teau\u00a0: garez vos v\u00e9los (ou votre voiture) \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e et allez admirer les arbres centenaires, les vignes \u00e0 perte de vue et les jardins.<\/p>\n

Notre aventure bordelaise s\u2019est achev\u00e9e par la visite de Bordeaux, magnifique avec son miroir d\u2019eau, ses b\u00e2timents aux fa\u00e7ades 18\u00e8me<\/sup> admirablement restaur\u00e9es et son tout nouveau mus\u00e9e\u00a0: la Cit\u00e9 du Vin<\/strong>, inaugur\u00e9e il y a tout juste 2 ans.<\/p>\n

Si vous passez par Bordeaux, la visite de ce lieu est incontournable. Elle s\u2019\u00e9tend dur 13.350 m\u00b2 r\u00e9partis sur 10 niveaux.<\/p>\n

Le billet de visite \u00ab\u00a0classique\u00a0\u00bb (20 \u20ac par personne) vous donne acc\u00e8s au parcours permanent situ\u00e9 au 2\u00e8me<\/sup> \u00e9tage et au Belv\u00e9d\u00e8re au 10\u00e8me<\/sup> \u00e9tage pour la d\u00e9gustation d\u2019un verre de vin. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des expositions temporaires, moyennant un suppl\u00e9ment de prix.<\/p>\n

Comptez au moins 3 heures de visite pour la visite classique et un conseil, fa\u00eetes en sorte d\u2019arriver \u00e0 l\u2019ouverture pour \u00e9viter l\u2019afflux de visiteurs et profiter sans \u00eatre trop bouscul\u00e9.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est un v\u00e9ritable parcours des sens qui s\u2019offre \u00e0 vous, ludique et instructif, vous d\u00e9couvrirez le vin au c\u0153ur des civilisations, le vin art de vivre, l\u2019histoire des vins de Bordeaux, le vin de la vigne au verre et les vignobles du monde. Il y m\u00eame un parcours \u00e9tudi\u00e9 pour les enfants, avec des jeux interactifs.<\/p>\n
